I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor and am a Certified Bioenergetic Therapist and Local Trainer. I love doing body/mind psychotherapy in both individual and group settings in PEI as well as in St. John's NF. For the past 20 years I have co-led week-long residential bioenergetic retreats in the summer on the beautiful north shore of PEI. I am a certified EMDR and NLP practicioner as well as a professional mediator. I bring to my work a passionate concern for the healing of our connections with ourselves, with each other, and with Earth. | |||

I am keenly interested in the life of the body, and in the process of freeing one's spirit to be truly present to the self and the other. I believe that body/spirit work is the best way to resolve emotional issues. I have a background in nursing, and my training also includes certification in NLP and in EMDR. I have a private practice in Saint John, NB and also in St. John's NF.
