I am keenly interested in the life of the body, and in the process of freeing one's spirit to be truly present to the self and the other. I believe that body/spirit work is the best way to resolve emotional issues. I have a background in nursing, and my training also includes certification in NLP and in EMDR. I have a private practice in Saint John, NB and also in St. John's NF. For the past 20 years I have co-led 7-day summer residential bioenergetic retreats in PEI that offer a unique opportunity for therapeutic, spiritual and interpersonal growth. | |||

The essence of life is movement and change; but change can be challenging. I work with people whose lives are changing. I have a special interest in postpartum changes and working with mothers and their babies, as well as other relational issues, helping people to find joy in being themselves.
